India will host Zimbabwe in a historic bilateral series in October 2026, marking the first-ever international meeting between the two sides.
The tour will begin with a three-match T20 International series in Raipur from 16 to 20 October before shifting to Vadodara for a three-match ODI series between 23 and 28 October.
The ODI leg of the tour will be part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2025–29, giving the fixtures added significance in the qualification pathway for future ICC global events.
The announcement was made by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) alongside confirmation of multiple upcoming development tours. Australia A and England A women’s teams are also scheduled to tour India later this year for multi-format series.
In addition, Australia A and Australia under-19 are set to visit India in September and October for red-ball and one-day assignments.
