Calling it a “golden moment for Mumbai, Mumbaikars and India,” Tendulkar drew parallels between Messi’s visit and India’s unforgettable World Cup triumph at the same ground. He reflected on the emotions of 2011, stating that many dreams had reached their finish line at Wankhede, made possible by the support of fans.
