The Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) has announced that a grand awards ceremony will take place on 4 April to celebrate the winners of the country’s top domestic football competitions.
The ceremony will officially crown the champions of the Champions League 2025/2026 following the successful conclusion of the tournament with its final match.
FFSL also confirmed the launch of a new knockout competition, the Champions Cup, which will begin on 21 March and run for three weeks featuring teams competing in a high-intensity knockout format.
The Champions Cup final will be played at the iconic Racecourse Stadium in Colombo on 4 April, where both the Champions League and Champions Cup winners will be crowned during the grand awards ceremony.
