ICC drops ‘Feel the Thrill’ as official anthem for Men’s T20 World Cup 2026

  • India and Sri Lanka to co-host the global showpiece from February 7

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially unveiled “Feel the Thrill”, the anthem of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, setting the tone for what promises to be a month of explosive, high-intensity cricket across the subcontinent.

Composed and performed by celebrated Indian music producer Anirudh Ravichander, the track blends pounding beats with emotionally charged lyrics to capture the speed, drama, and passion that define T20 cricket.

Released globally on platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Instagram and Facebook, the song aims to unite fans beyond borders while amplifying the anticipation ahead of the tournament’s February 7 start.

ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta described the anthem as a cultural bridge, saying the tournament is more than just sport, but a celebration of entertainment, community and shared experiences, with music helping connect millions of fans worldwide.

Ravichander added that cricket is “a feeling and an emotion,” noting the track was crafted to reflect every cheer, silence and heartbeat that comes with the game, while bringing supporters together in unity despite fierce on-field rivalries.

The 2026 edition marks the return of the T20 World Cup to the subcontinent, co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, with matches scheduled across eight iconic venues, including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Colombo.

Defending champions India will look to script history on home soil, as affordable ticket prices and a vibrant soundtrack promise a festival-like atmosphere for fans eager to truly “feel the thrill” of world cricket’s most electric format.
