Matheesha Pathirana secured a high-profile move to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for INR 18 crore, making him one of the biggest buys in the auction.

The four retained players include Dushmantha Chameera (Delhi Capitals, 75 lakhs), Nuwan Thushara (Royal Challengers Bangalore, 1.6 crore), and Kamindu Mendis (Sunrisers Hyderabad, 75 lakhs) alongside Eshan Malinga (Sunrisers Hyderabad, 1.2 crore).
