ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 tickets go live today from ₹100 and LKR1000

The ICC has announced the launch of ticket sales for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, with entry-level prices set at a historic low of ₹100 in India (approx. $1.11) and LKR1000 in Sri Lanka (approx. $3.26). Sales begin at 18:45 IST through the official ticket portal.

The tournament’s 10th edition will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, featuring matches in eight iconic venues, including Narendra Modi Stadium, Eden Gardens, Wankhede Stadium, MA Chidambaram Stadium, R. Premadasa Stadium, and Pallekele Stadium. The event kicks off in Colombo with Pakistan vs Netherlands and will see thrilling contests including India vs USA in Mumbai.

ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta said Phase I aims to make the World Cup accessible to all fans, emphasising affordability and inclusivity. He highlighted that with over 2 million tickets available, the ICC seeks to bring fans closer to the in-stadia experience of world-class cricket.

BCCI and Sri Lanka Cricket officials echoed the commitment to creating a world-class match-day experience, ensuring fans enjoy modern facilities, smooth logistics, and vibrant stadium atmospheres. The month-long tournament promises 55 high-octane matches, with fans from across the globe invited to celebrate cricket in its most electrifying format.
